Luisao extends Benfica stay

LISBON (AFP) - Brazilian international defender Anderson Luis da Silva, better known as Luisao, has agreed to extend his contract with Portuguese side Benfica until 2013, the club confirmed on Monday.
The 28-year-old Benfica captain has played at the club since 2003.
"Everything is agreed for Luisao for an additional two years on his contract," club president Luis Filipe Vieira said.
